WHO IS JAEDEN?

Jaeden Henderson is a 21-year-old Singer, Songwriter, Gospel Recording Artist, Graphic Designer, Junior and presidential scholar at Miles College. Jaeden is a worship leader and is often invited to sing at churches and events across the United States. 

Jaeden is a 2021 graduate of The Alabama School of Fine Arts in Birmingham, AL. He is a 2022 PROPEL scholar and Student Ambassador for Miles College because he is impacting campus culture and giving back to the community.  He is an official producer of the Miles College Documentary in partnership with Apple.  He is the 2022 Big Brothers Big Sisters Dream Big Award recipient. In 2020, Bessemer City Middle School honored him with a “Do the Work” Day as his single “Do the Work 2.0” was their school-wide theme.  He is a 2018 NAACP ACT-SO. He is a 2017 City of Birmingham DYS “History in the Making” recipient.  In 2016, Jaeden was one of the first young adults to be awarded the 2016 Fusion Award “Energizer Next Gen Award” for his talent, leadership, and being a game changer amongst his peers. 

Recently, Jaeden won the Alabama Music Award for 2023 Best Male Gospel Vocalist. He has been featured in The New York Times, PROPEL Newsletter, PBS’s Gospel Roots Show, The Birmingham News, The Birmingham Times, The Bessemer Cutoff News, the Alabama Power Newsletter, Fox6 News and ABC 33/40 as an extraordinary person and a leader among his peers. He has been invited and featured by 98.7 FM and 95.7 FM in a number of community events. He’s been interviewed on numerous radio stations across the United States that currently spin his music. Jaeden’s debut album “Release: Live” released Spring 2022 and can be streamed on all digital streaming platforms such as Apple Music and Spotify, Amazon Music, etc. Jaeden has a thriving singing and speaking ministry, “Jaeden Henderson Ministries,” and a thriving graphic design business, “By Faith JAEDZIGNZ” designing branding and marketing materials, websites, and all things graphics for the likes of The City of Birmingham, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Birmingham, Miles College, POLARIS Birmingham, Red Mountain Writing Project, and others from all over. Jaeden’s mission is to minister to ALL people through the form of worship. Ushering people to the feet of Jesus is the main priority of Jaeden’s life and he plans to do that through the arts.
